• Having Hands-On Experience in a Real Estate Company
• Preparing preliminary notes on the property and title reports.
• Knowledge in the drafting of Memorandum of Understandings, Joint Development Agreements, General power of attorney, Agreement of Sale, Sale Deeds, Special Power of Attorney, Procurement Agreements and other deeds in relation to the property.
