• Hands-on experience with FMC in residential projects
• Work planning, service level agreements, vendor meetings, FMC team management, recruitments and team training.
• Allocation of sites and duties to FMC team Coordination with MEP, landscape, HK, security teams, attending association meetings, maintaining records and reporting.
